We are delighted to announce the launch of our brand new podcast channel, ‘Sleep On It,’ to help people get a better night’s sleep.
Sleep On It will share advice and real-life stories focusing on the importance of sleep and how it can be improved, followed by relaxing immersive 360° audio soundscapes.
We hope this free resource provides an easy and accessible way for people to gain practical advice and tips on sleep.
Hosted by one of our ambassadors, TV scientist, author and presenter, Mark Thompson, the first series launched today focuses on ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) and sleep. Episodes feature; Dr Tony Lloyd, CEO of the ADHD Foundation; our very own CEO, Vicki Beevers; sleep and athletic performance specialist Dr Sarah Gilchrist; CBT-i therapist Sarah Sharp from Tictock Therapy, ADHD business and performance expert Elliot Browne; Sarah Osborne of So Nutrition; and sensory expert Amanda Bland from Stitch-Ability Sensory and Sleep Solutions.
